Plus-Size-Tall.com is launching a plus size model search, from November 8th 2010 to January 15th 2010. The model search is sponsored by Evans, UK’s leading women’s clothing retailer for plus size women. The winner will be offered a trip to Las Vegas in February 2011, where she will hit the catwalk at the Curvy Revolution, the world’s biggest plus size fashion convention. Plus-Size-Tall.com’s mission is to encourage all initiatives making plus size fashion more visible. This is why the Biritsh website Plus-Size-Tall.com has chosen to partner with the American event The Curvy Revolution.
What’s at stake? The winner will be offered £500 worth of clothing provided by Evans, a plane trip to Las Vegas, and hotel nights at the Las Vegas Planet Hollywood. She will also take part in the Curvy Revolution official fashion show, hitting the catwalk amongst famous American plus size models. The runners-up will also be the lucky winners of evans vouchers worth £250.
How to take part ?
Contestants must be UK residents of over 21, wear at least UK size 16 clothing, be at least 5′6″, be able to walk in heels 3″or higher, and apply !
3 Easy Steps:
1) From November 8th to January 2nd,, fill in the online application, sending in photos and explaining why you wish to win the competition. The first decision is down to the other members of the Plus-Size-Tall.com community who will vote for their favourite contestant. Anyone can vote by becoming a member of the Plus-Size-Tall.com community (for free).
2) On January 2nd 2011, the 15 contestants with the most votes will be announced and invited to London to take part in step two.
3) On January 15th 2011, these remaining contestants will face a professional jury in London.The ladies will be asked to walk on a stage and explain why they think they should be the UK’s plus size model at the Curvy Revolution. At the end of this session, the jury will pick the final winner.

Hi there,
Firstly I want to saw how devastated I am for missing the deadline of entering this competition! I really believe I have the ability to become the next top Plus Size model. My measurements are 33G, 31, 42.
I have participated in some fashion shoots & currently building my portfolio. I have also been in a few music videos.
This competition is a huge opportunity & I have missed the deadline but if there is any other way of getting a place in this competition I will go to the ends of the earth to carry it out!
My dream is to be the next Crystal Renn. I have the physique, I can walk, I have mastered the art of angling my body/ face in order to get the best shots for my size! I want this ALOT!
