FitFlops have been increasing in popularity for the last couple of summers – and they have become the favourite choice for many women to potter about the house in, and run every day errands in.
They claim to use technology that helps to reduce cellulite and help users tone up more when they walk around’exercise with FitFlops rather than wearing another type of shoe.
This has meant a lot of retailers are in competition with the FitFlops.
Some retailers involved in FitFlops best price competition are John Lewis (site: johnlewis.com), Shudoo (site: shudoo.co.uk) and Cloggs (site: cloggs.co.uk).
Long gone are the days when FitFlops used to come in just 3 colours, with barely any variation in style between the colours available.
Now, they have become so popular, that there is a variety of styles, colours and textures to choose from.
John Lewis (site: johnlewis.com) has 13 different style of FitFlops to choose from.
John Lewis prices the FitFlop Rebel – the type pictured above, for £60.
The Rebel is one of FitFlop’s latest designs, and merges in well with the summer trend of studs.
The Rebel is available in black and mink colours.
From John Lewis, only sizes 3, 4 5 are available in the black. All the larger sizes have sold out.
There isn’t really a FitFlops best price, as although there is meant to be ‘competition’ between the retailers they all seem to have mysteriously fallen on the same price brackets.
This is demonstrated by the prices for the FitFlop Rebels from both Shudoo and Cloggs.
The shoes are available from Shudoo for £60 as well, and at Cloggs they are available for £59.99 – which is an extremely poor attempt at price competition.
If we compare the FitFlop Walkstar I sandals across the retailers, the method of pricing remains exactly the same.
John Lewis (site: johnlewis.com) prices them at £36.
Shudoo (site: shudoo.co.uk) also prices the WalkStar I’s at £36.
Cloggs (site: cloggs.co.uk) prices WalkStar I’s at £35.99.
They are available in other colours besides red, and so you can match them with different casual outfits.
All three retailers mentioned in this post offer a FREE option of delivery (normally called economy – which aims to deliver within about 5 working days), but of course if you want a more superior delivery service then they charge another £4 (roughly).
At a push then, Cloggs (site: cloggs.co.uk) scrapes a win for FitFlops best price award, but it is literally a difference of a penny.
