I ordered two pairs of shorts from the High and Mighty Online Store. They were unsuitable so I emailed their customer service requesting a returns procedure. So far I have sent 7 emails over the last 10 days and had no reply to any of them
My advice is, do not order anything from them and if you can, find an alternative supplier, they are totally hopeless as far as providing any meaningful customer service
Oh, by the way, the packaging that the goods arrived in was an unlabeled blue plastic bag. My address was written on the bag in ballpoint pen ! no return address was provided …………… Hopeless
Hey, I had exactly the same problem with these guys, they are not interested in resolving any issues and make it extremely difficult to communicate with them once you have bought your goods. My advice is to contact JD Williams Board Members and ask for compensation !
I have had similar problems with High and Mighty. I ordered an item for my partner 3 weeks ago. It hasn’t arrived and the customer service is appalling, they continually make excuses. No one calls you back, and I now have to wait for a form to fill in then send it to them. I am unlikely to see the item or my money for many more weeks at this rate. This was my first order and also now my last. I would not recommend buying on line from them.
