It may be hard to believe it at the moment if you are in the UK, but spring is around the corner, and with it a new fashion season. It will hopefully be the time to drop the heavy coats and sweaters for lighter garments. UllaPolken’s spring range is already available so get rid of the winter blues and take a look! The UllaPolken range is especially designed to flatter curvier women in their late 20’s and up with fashionable and well designed clothes in sizes from 16.
The tops range includes colours of purple, black, blue, orange, and yellow, with a lot of bold colour, dainty florals and large prints. I love this yellow T Shirt, with large slogan. The T shirt has a rounded neck and sequin detail on the writing.
Another great top to see away the winter blues is the Pullover. This top ha been made from a light fine knit, has long sleeves, and a V neck line. The print is very eye-catching with different floral designs in colours of green and black.
Also included in the top range is the lovely Cardigan. This cardy has hoops of purple and white a two way zip, and a high collar. The colour combination on this cardy is reminiscent of heather, a very fresh look for spring.
Wow, the Crash Tunic is gorgeous. This stunning top has small dainty flowers on blocks of purple and brown, lace detailing, and buttons to the bust. This top is a must!
The trouser range from the UllaPolken spring collections includes both smart and casual trousers.
The Boot Cut Trousers are very smart and very flattering. They are available in taupe and would look great with a pair of heels.
The Knitted Trousers are slightly heavier, and have a stitched in crease to lengthen and slim the appearance. These trousers, available in navy, have a matching jacket to complete the elegant look. The Knitted Jacket has long sleeves, is partially lined, with a wide collar and large button detailing.
For a more casual trouser, I love the Marlene Jeans. These jeans are in a very wide cut which is not only flattering, but comfortable, with a part elasticated waist, and in a washed blue. The front crease again provides 
the suggestion of slim lines.
Of course, UllaPolken have an excellent range of clothes in their other collections such as Sportwear, tipped to be the new 2010 fashion trend. Their City collection is ideal for the girl about town and the Casual collection is for “today’s woman [who] makes her own decision on what she wants, or doesn’t want to wear.”
