Bhs [site: www.bhsmenswear.co.uk] has just launched a website exclusively for men called Bhs Menswear. On first inspection, it appears they cater for men of all sizes including Bhs Menswear big and tall sizes with sizes up to an XXXL, chest 53”, waist 52”, and trouser legs up to 34”. Plus Size and Tall takes a look to see what is on offer.
Their T shirts seem to only go up to an XXL which is a 50” chest. However, the choice at this size is very good. I like the basic Crew Neck Tee which has a mock double layer look. This Tee is available in green, grey, blue, black, and blue contrast.
The polo shirts do go up to a size XXXL. Sizes are not available in all the colour choices which are brown, grey, navy, and white. The Pique Polo Shirt is in a traditional design in 85% cotton.
The casual shirts mainly feature checks in short and long sleeves. The selection is good however here again the largest size is XXL. I like the Khaki Double Layer Shirt in short sleeves with check on gingham, roll up sleeves, and 2 breast pockets.
There is a striking collection of formal shirts which feature some really trendy bold colours. The majority of shirts go up to a collar size 18 however some of the more tradition shirts are in XXXL which is a size 19 collar. The Blue Herringbone Striped Shirt with Tie is a smart tailored shirt available up to size XXXL and comes with a textured blue tie.
The Bhs Menswear collection only includes 3 pairs of jeans up to a 46r or 44l. The Black Vintage Relaxed Jeans are a very trendy look with contrast stitching and baggy look.
For formal wear, the Black Front Pleat Trousers offer the best sizing options with 46r or 44l being to biggest sizes. These trousers have a straight flat front and slant front pockets and single back jet pocket.
The crew neck and v neck jumpers go up to a size XXL and there are many colours to choose from.
