Size 16 Clothes: our Picks for February 2010

Evans (site: evans.co.uk) and Dorothy Perkins (site: dorothyperkins.com) are two great retailers that have excellent size 16 clothes perfect for February 2010.
We’ll take a look at Evans first.
Not only does Evans (site: evans.co.uk) have a great choice of size 16 clothes, but they have also proved to be excellent retailers for lingerie.
The fast approaching Valentine’s Day has seen them bring out new, sexy designs for women to celebrate their curves in style.
After the mad rushes in December with Christmas, and the crazy sales in January, February is a month for laid back style and relaxation.
Evans have some gorgeous printed daytime tops, which look great teamed with jeans and emanate that relaxed, laid back feeling.
One of my favourites has got to be this blue butterfly print tunic.
Giving that floaty feel like you’ve run away with the fairies, this beautifully rich coloured top is perfect for daytime wear.
This is well priced at £14, and is available in other sizes including a size 16.
The back of the top as no design, and so its not too full on for those that don’t like too much print.
This top is a perfect choice for those that like feminine, low key pattern, and the added sparkle to the butterflies make this top a must-have in my eyes.
Another favourite from the size 16 clothes available from Evans (site: evans.co.uk) is this neckline floral motif top.
This pastel pink top is another way of bringing out your girly side.
The patterned front mean that this top would look better without a necklace – but can still be worn with other types of jewelery.
This is priced at £25.
It is available in sizes 14 though to 32.
The loose fit at the bottom flatters large hips and thighs, and this top is long enough to be worn with leggings as well as jeans.
Although the pastel of the pink may suit lighter shades, it could also make you look washed out - so this top is probably suited to darker and tanned complexions.
The next retailer we are going to look at is Dorothy Perkins (site: dorothyperkins.com).
This black sequin trim vest is the perfect little vest to dress up during the day or look low-key in at night.
It is one of those vests that has a lot of flexibility and can create many different outfits.
This is priced at £20.
It is available in sizes 6 through to 22.
The top is quite long, and so it can be worn with leggings and tights as well as trousers.
Team with bold, silver jewelery to make the most out of the sparkle.
