With the first month of the new year nearly over, it’s time to look at the latest spring fashion trends that will be popular in the next couple of months.
Previously we looked at floral print, which is always a favourite among women (especially with feminine women).
Another really fashionable alternative is the choice of simple yet fun bold and bright colours.
Bold and bright colours are perfect for excellent spring fashion trends choices, and are not just confined to being worn in the hot months either.
As last Autumn/Winter proved, bold and bright colours still played a dominant role in the fashion stakes for the last few months.
The retailer kicking us off with some nice bright colours is Marks and Spencer (site: marksandspencer.com).
They have a wonderful round neck longline top with belt included that is available in four bright and happy colours. This is definitely the top to cheer you up and lift your mood!
Perfect for casual use and dressed up smarter with leggings, this top looks gorgeous in the fuschia colour pictured. The next best colour has to be the bright turquoise – which is perfect for summer.

Alternatively, if you want to go for something a bit more expensive as it has a little more detailing (although I’m sure the quality is the same), then Marks and Spencer (site: marksandspencer.com) have this pure linen henley neck floral petal tunic.
This tunic is gorgeous in turquoise, with the colour really showing off the detailing.
The other tunic is a slouchy one, whereas this one has more structure to it.
The elegant neckline compliments the feminine petal detail.

This red crochet top is a perfect fit for the trend.
It channels the elegant and feminine vibe I have chosen for this article.
The beige crochet detailing looks really good contrasted against the bold red background.
The ruched sleeves add to the feminine look of the top, and the longline fit mean that this top can also be worn with leggings.
This top is priced at £16.
